You may return your purchase within 10 days of receipt - see exceptions below - To qualify for a return, please note the following: Product(s) must be in original packaging, clean and not damaged with all product materials, instructions, handbooks, operating instructions or manuals enclosed and intact. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the returning party. NO RETURNS There are no returns on the following categories of products: Electrodes (opened), Extremity Bracing Products, Disposable Items, Lift Chairs, Wound Care, Nutritional Products and Bath Safety Products. PLEASE NOTE Return must be made within 10 days of item receipt. REFUNDS All credits will be given after receipt and warehouse inspection approval.
